  • WHY BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH US?

  • DO YOU HAVE A LIFT?

    Yes, our establishment has a lift available.

  • LATE ARRIVAL I arrive late, is it a problem?

    Not at all, our reception is open 24/7 all year.

  • BANK CARD AND PREAUTHORIZATION, why must I leave my card number?

    It is a guarantee for us but above all for you to guarantee your reservation. Thanks to this, you can arrive late without worry.
    We preauthorise your card, no debit is carried out, and you pay your bill upon departure.
    As guarantee, we accept Visa and Mastercard, and for payment on the spot Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  • ACCESS, how to arrive from the airport or the train station?

    The hotel is situated 8 km from the city centre, you have three option:

    By taxi (rate varies between 30€ .....!)

    By car with a chauffeur, a reservation can be made with our reception (fixed rate)

    By tramway, line 2, 1.50€ per person and the closest stop is "Jean Médecin"

    From the train station:

    By foot: 15 minutes from the train station, continue onto Avenue jean Medecin, turn right just before the Galaries Lafayette

    By tramway, line 1 (direction Pasteur then stop at the Masséna Station)

    Access By Car

    Coming from Italy: exit “Nice-Est” from the motorway A8 direction towards Nice Centre. Then head towards Nice Acropolis and continue along the avenue Gallieni, avenue Felix Faure, turn right onto Rue Alberti and then left onto Rue Hotel des Postes. Continue straight ahead, you will find the hotel on the right after the tram tracks.

    Coming from Cannes:  Exit 50 “Nice-Promenade des Anglais” from the A8 motorway towards Nice Centre. Take the Promenade des Anglais, direction Gare SNCF, turn left onto Boulevard Gambetta, then take the third road on the left (Maréchal Joffre), follow this road and cross the traway tracks. Take then the first right and  the following right, you will then be on Rue Hotel des Postes. Continue straight ahead and cross the tramway tracks again; you will find the hotel straight away on the right. It is the same journey when coming from the airport. 

  • WIFI

    All our rooms have 100% access to WIFI and it is complimentary.

  • PARKING, does the hotel have parking?

    No, but there are public car parks within proximity of the hotel:

    - Parking Grimaldi (11, Rue Maccarani, 06000 Nice)

    - Parking Nice Louvre (20, Boulevard Victor Hugo, 06000 Nice)

    - Parking Nice Etoile (37, Boulevard Dubouchage, 06000 Nice)

    The daily rate varies between 25€ and 30€ depending on the car park.

    There are also decreasing rates according to the length of your stay.

    Otherwise, along the road, the parking is at no charge during the night but one would have to pay every two hours throughout the day.

  • CHILDREN, do children have to pay?

    Children up to 12 years old are absolutely FREE in the bedrooms of their parents who book directly with the hotel (1 child per room)
    We do not accept children under 18 who would like to stay by themselves in the hotel.

  • ANIMALS

    We do not accept animals in the hotel

  • LUGGAGE

    There is a luggage room free of charge at your disposal on the day of your arrival and on the day of your departure. We do not keep luggage for more than one day.

  • CHEQUES AND TRAVEL CHEQUES

    We accept neither bank cheques nor travel cheques. 

  • SHUTTLE, does the hotel have a shuttle service from the airport our train station?

    We work with a transfer company with chauffeur; this service it is NOT complimentary and organised through reservation. The advantage is that the rate is fixed and known in advance, without surprise.

  • BALCONIES

    Bedrooms with balconies can only be booked through our proper website or by emailing the hotel directly (depending on availability). They cannot be reserved through our partner booking websites on the internet.

  • BREAKFAST, can all guests get half price?

    No, the 50% discount for breakfast is EXCLUSIVE on our official website. For this, it is mandatory to reserve directly on our official website, by telephone or by email.  That way we thank our clients for their approach.

  • AIR CONDITIONING, Do the rooms have air conditioning?

    Our rooms have air conditioning during the summer season (15th May - 15th September) and heating during the winter season (1st Novemmber - 31st March).
